Asteroid Redirect Mission

NASA is developing mission concepts for an Asteroid Redirect Mission (ARM) which use robotic spacecraft to capture a small asteroid or a sample from a larger asteroid and return it to a stable orbit around the Moon. Astronauts aboard a NASA Orion spacecraft would then rendezvous with the captured asteroid mass in lunar orbit and collect samples for return to Earth.

ExoTerra has combined commercial spacecraft design, manufacture, and test capabilities to design Asteroid Redirect Mission spacecraft capable of performing such missions, with features that allow for extensibility to future NASA missions and commercial applications.
